DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. If I could give no stars I would. They will not pay off your loan on your trade. I purchased a car on April 29th and it is now August 27th and they still have not fully paid off my trade. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and never thought to read the reviews. They do not value their customers, the owner could care less about the dealership, and the Sales manager is useless. Basically they will talk you into a car, but screw you later. The deal they give you is not worth the hassle that you will go through months after you purchase your vehicle. They offer free oil changes for a year. I would rather pay somewhere else then ever step foot back into this dealership.
Submitted all paperwork to Lamonte Mejia their finance guy. Spoke to him a few times still no rebate - now he just doesn't call me back. Tried calling Drew Pecon, President of Newton Kia, he is also avoiding my calls. Next step court.
I would like to give it no stars. Bought my 1st car so excited.No money down what so ever. When I took the car home, Sold me a car with so many issues that were not even quite listed on car fax. Had me going to several dealers to try to fix. Ended up getting another car. These people till this day keep running my credit. Went from amazing credit to now trying to fix it because of so many inquiries. It's disgusting and frankly. Sad for me because I wanted to purchase a house for the holiday season going to have to pospone to fix all this mess. They are scam artist. There cheats and they lie. Still waiting for a copy key. This is horrible. No one takes ownership of anything! I will be pursuing legally. Little do they know I work with a firm that is right on it.
Salesman was very friendly but the experience was terrible. My first time buying a new car and they scammed me on the deal they said they were going to make with me. When I said there was an error on the billing the salesman told me he could fix it. We then tried to speak to a manager which was impossible to do. One manager spoke to us after we sat there for an hour watching him finish his lunch when he knew we were arriving at 1230. The owner then literally refused to see my wife or myself after we explained our situation. After being told the error would be corrected the owner said too bad they signed the paper work. We then found out how the owner is leaving and doesn't really care anymore. This is a quote by a salesman in the dealership. As a first time car buyer this experience is making me hope my car lasts the rest of my life rather than deal with someone like these people again. Scam artists and an unprofessional, uncaring owner who just wants to make a quick buck and pretends he cares. A 1 is too high of a rating.

Purchased an extended warrenty for $972 when I bought my 2015 Elantra - traded it in for a 2017 Tuscon June of this year. Under terms of contract I am supposed to get a rebate of unused portion of warrenty.
