• Being unresponsive to my requests for information, “the service department is very busy”, I would think that when you deliver a damaged car to a customer they should be given VIP treatment no? Rather than being treated like “an annoying customer” on the “do not speak with this customer” list.
• Not delivering the car on the date promised (Saturday 11/11)
• Making repeatedly wait when I had appointments
Gentlemen, I put two calls into your service department today, no call back. I called a third time and told the woman who answered the phone that “I wasn’t yelling at her” but if I don’t hear from someone within an hour that I would go on every review sight and lambaste your dealership for:
It was not parked out front for inspection, was nowhere to be found when the deal was done, then was rushed off to the gas station and parked out front so that the damaged part of the car was in the dark.
o Indicator light for “hood open” was on, could not be missed by anyone familiar with the Audi gauges (I’m not, this is my first Audi)
• Changing the price at the last Minute, first you tried to sell it to me at the advertised price (what? Is this the first time you guys have sold a car? The closer didn’t know that we negotiated a deal? I don’t buy that story. (Dragan you and I agreed on 27,250 with or without financing, I already knew I would not be approved and told you that when we negotiated the deal, but you said you wanted to try anyway)
• Delivering a damaged car to me
With the level of customer service I’m getting, I’m astounded that you guys stay in business.

They try ripping you off in finance. Guy was a real jerk too.
• Asking me to come earlier to pick it up on Thursday, and then making me wait again.
The service at Audi Newton is deplorable. Every time I have brought my Q7 in for service they mess something else up. I have picked up my car after a service and it wouldn't even start! Just spent mega $$ again and we take the car home... now dead .. stuck in a parking lot and they leave us to sort it out! Do not recommend their service at all!!
I had a great experience with Arthur and John. Both of them were very attentive and helpful to teach the ins and out of the Q7. Because of Arthur and John I do not hesitate to recommend Audi of Newton to my family and friends.
