I went there to buy car. The car I wanted was in “high demand” I was in couple other dealerships and they asked outrageous 10,000 over MSRP. So before going in here I gave a call and asked if they have same kind of thing there, since trip was going to be long. They said yes it’s all good. When I came in salesperson was helpful with good attitude. But manager started asking tons of questions. I DONT WANT YOUR DAMN GREY CAR! He told me some useless stuff about demand of car again and asked 10000 and said to go home. I called them before coming and told everything about myself SPECIFICALLY TO NOT WASTE ANY TIME.

The car I leased from this dealer is a great car and I love it. My problem is with the crew I dealt with. The salesman, the sales manager and the financial clerk, they run a scam and when I faced them hoping for correction they treated me as I have four heads. They insulted me assuming I am a dump person. That will not go away and I will never let go. The amount of money is small but the personal damage is way very great. I will prevail with my lawyer help. I will never deal with these people again.
Very disappointed.
Sprinter service is fantastic. Although a little out of my area, it doesn't matter. In the future, if I need this courtesy, they'll come to me, pick up the van and leave me with a loaner. Service doesn't get better than this.
