When you imagine a real old-school NJ farmstand, this is it. Not one of these yuppie-catering retail outlets with fresh foods that sees you coming a mile away... these guys sell what they grow, and not much more unless it's from another REAL NJ farm like them... they likely have the lowest amount of "mileage traveled per item" of any fruit and veggies around here, period. The people who work the stand also do all of the farming. My wife and I got a great deal on a box of slightly bruised tomatoes and made the best red sauce ever from them. And, oh those pumpkins! So many varieties... like the potatoes and tomatoes, too many kinds for you to know all of them prior to arriving and learning about them there. All farms should be like this.
This farm produces real local, fresh produce. My parents have shopped there over 20 years and love it.
