Overpriced "convenience store" is what this is. If you want to give them your money, go there. Everything from the nursery items to the food inside will cost you more than if you were at a grocer. I will take the trip to the store to get my items which offer much healthier choices too. Better prices just down the street at the Anderson stand for produce and nursery items. As far as the ice cream goes, its overkill in a neighborhood with a brand new ice cream shop across the street (which was here just months prior to Dale's). The ice cream/gelato and candy store across the street is fantastic, this I can guarantee...so I will continue to shop where my dollar goes farther and continue to enjoy the ice cream across the street as well as their amazing gelatos!
Dale's is the best. I have loved dale's as a customer and employee. I no longer live in jersey, but whenever I visit family I always make a point to stop. Best lunch meat and chicken and one of the few places left that has a butcher cutting fresh meats daily. Everybody must try the sticky fingers! No deli compares.

Great food and choices. As a regular, make sure to call your orders ahead and check their website for the special. Otherwise you will be spending your entire lunch break waiting for your food. Great food and prices but the service needs plenty of work. A ticket machine or a semblance of a line would really help for crowds of people. Overall a great place if you have time to spare.
