The technicians at the Newton Mavis are super helpful and very informative. They always go above and beyond to try to address any issues I've had and are courteous and respectful. They have fair prices and I've never had an issue with the services I've gotten there.
I brought my own tires there and had them mount and balance them. No issues but it was like 25 bucks per tire which is above average. Service was quick and friendly.
I recently changed the steering rack on my Subaru and took it in to get it aligned properly. After the alignment was done the service man who worked on my car told me the boot on the rack was all twisted. Since I changed the rack myself and I looked everything over once I completed it I knew it was from them making the adjustments incorrectly when doing the alignment. The boot being all twisted was something I surely would not have missed. Seeing that they made this mistake and did not fix the issue when my car was there, then claimed that it was like that before they did the alignment is ridiculous. They are unskilled and I would not recommend using them if you do not understand cars because they will take advantage of you like they tried to do with me and won't take responsibility for there own mistakes. I gave them 2 stars because at least the tires were correctly aligned as far as I could tell.
