Having your beloved pet euthanized is one of the most traumatic experiences anyone can go through. Jaeger's cancer had rapidly progressed, overnight, to the point where he could not walk and was very painful. Dr. Parker and her tech came out to our car, in the pouring rain, so that he could pass peacefully, on his favorite bed, in the back of my car. I will be forever grateful for the kindness that all of the staff exhibited that day.
Our dogs have been patients for years: from regular checkups to surgery . The associate doctor, vet-techs and administrative staff have always been kind and helpful. I recently had the worst experience I have ever had not just with a vet, but with any service organization or business. The partner doctor was both disrespectful and condescending. After being unwilling to adjust the cost of an estimate that included unwanted services, The partner doctor told me to "go down to Newton Veterinary" and "piss off" as he left the room. Wow, we will never go back, and I absolutly do NOT recommend this business!
