I just purchased a mattress from Elizabeth at Mattress Firm, and couldn't be more pleased with my experience - Elizabeth was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even to the point of encouraging me to check out other stores. I did, but I came back! All the stores were advertising holiday specials, but Elizabeth offered me an incredible savings on a quality mattress that no one could match.
