Every time I went to see me daughters probation officer I got the same story every time. "Im going to send out a warrant for his arrest now let me tell you this is a man who owns his own business and is 15,000 in the rears for child support and makes a payment when ever he wants to and how much he wants to. The last time I went to see the office he told me that there was a warrant out for his arrest and it's been sitting on the JUDGES DESK SINCE 10/31/2013 I was there in December. What Probation Officers do I have no Idea do you. Im a single parent and on disability and it's so hard to try to raise a daughter just on a disability check I get once a month. They really need to fix these problems for people like me who can't work nd needs this money to take care of my child.
