I had to edit my review. I meant to give them 5 stars. I am really amazed by some of the bad reviews. We have always been completely satisfied by the friendly attitude of the whole staff.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I've ever had. If you have an appointment expect to wait at least an hour and if you are a walk in forget about ever being seen. I came in as a walk in after a doctors appointment where I was told I needed bloodwork as soon as possible, and I waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours after checking in. When we asked the technician politely how long we would be waiting, she was extremely rude and audibly ridiculed us in front of the entire waiting room and a patient she was taking in about not having an appointment and how we had to make one. When the patient tried reassuring us we were next on the list as per the TV screen, the technician yelled at the patient and told her "not to tell us anything because we would keep being bumped down the list for all the appointments that were coming in." Im in the medical field so I understand the priority of taking patients with appointments but if you have walk-ins waiting in the waiting room for 2+ hours why even offer to take walk-ins in the first place?! Absolutely ridiculous. There should be some leeway and time to see walk-ins between appointments otherwise don't offer walk-ins at all. Also absolutely no need for the technician to be extremely rude and unprofessional to us in front of an audience when we were only asking how long it would be until we were seen, and kindly asking. I wish I had gotten her name to file a complaint. In my opinion, don't come here at all due to the lack of professionalism of the system and the staff as well.
Very efficient, short wait if you make an appointment. Very capable staff.
We always make an appointment and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They do an excellent job.
ALSO no one to assist with check in. Maybe if they had a receptionist to inform people of wait time for walk-ins and procedure on appointments/walk-ins instead of the rude technicians, everything would flow smoother.
No one to assist checking you in. Had to wait 45 minutes for an appointment. Should have a receptionist to answer questions instead of waiting without assistance
This place is a JOKE!!! Walk-ins are welcome is what the message tells you when you call, so I went there with no appt.. Saturday morning they said there was a cancellation and I should be next and here i sat waiting and waiting and waiting.. The staff said a few more mins then they took other people and then told me a few more mins again.. after waiting 3 hrs she said with an attitude, it’s a waist of your time waiting and I should leave we are booked and we close at 12 so your out of luck. Really they told me to LEAVE!! They couldn’t tell me that when I first came in!! What medical place would tell you to leave, They did!! The staff are very RUDE people!!! Do not even use this place.. Go somewhere else, don’t use Quest for anything. Find another lab. I can’t believe that this place is still open. I would give this place a 0 stars.. I understand you need to take the appts first, that doesn’t give you the right to be very rude and make me wait 3 hours and then she told me to leave!!
