Horrible service, horrible customer service! I got married in may on a property up in sparta and this company was the closest. Everything was fine with placing the order and the products we rented themselves were nice (tent, table cloths, chairs and napkins); however the day of delivery the tent and chairs were delivered at around 2pm when we inquired with the delivery guy when the rest of our order should be arriving and was told that there had been some 'confusion' but our linens would get delivered a little after 5pm when one of the employees would kindly drop it off on his way home from work since the store did close at 5pm
Needed chairs and table for our wedding. Could not ask for better service from the team over here. From booking to pick up these guys took amazing care of us. HIGHLY recommend!!

That wouldn't have been too bad if it wasn't for the fact that the reason we were having these things delivered the day before my wedding was because everything twas DYI and I had to set everything up that day. We had even called the company the day before for an estimated time on delivery and was told around 12pm which would have been fine! 5pm was even cutting it close, but what he implied with being 'a little after 5pm' was that I should be expecting my order 5:15... maybe 5:30, but later that evening 6pm rolls around and everything was put on hold waiting for these linens! We had no contact number, the store was closed and I was having a panic attack as a bride expecting 80+ people to arrive the next day and not have any table cloths or napkins! My rehearsal and rehearsal dinner were being delayed due to the wait and when we did get the items eventually delivered (6:30pm!) the person who dropped them off was described to me by my friends that they jumped out of the car, threw the bags of linens at whoever was standing there and walked away without even an apology!
Overall whoever this owner was was rude, and not accommodating or apologetic at all for literally holding my entire wedding set-up up for hours!
As if that wasn't bad enough the day of pick up 4pm rolls around and no one has shown up to pick up the product so it came down to us being forced to call and find out they had written the wrong day down and might not make it, sure enough when we said if they didn't come and get it we would take the tent down ourselves and couldn't promise the condition it would be in they showed up no later than 15 minutes after that call and picked everything up. The gentlemen who came and picked up the items they were polite and more understanding than anyone else that we dealt with even when I ranted to them about how disappointed I was with my experience. I will never recommend this company to anyone and be sure to see this review anywhere else I can put it because of how furious I am for them throwing everything off on my wedding day!
Awesome guys. Made trading in my tractor for a larger one and purchasing add on equipment for my other machine as easy as could be. Not my closest dealer, but worth the added time.
Needless to say I was extremely upset and stressed and to top it all off since I was getting married I was too busy to call and speak to anyone the following day so I had a friend do it for me and they were treated horribly by the owner on the phone. Asking "what do you want me to do about it they got what they wanted" and "there is no one higher than me to speak to so I don't know what you want me to do"
