The visit and time with the dentist was great, he was very informative and I left with plenty of new information. I have since been billed for my co-insurance, and I have attempted to make the payment SEVERAL times. I've been told they don't take certain forms of payment (like HSA, HRA, Flexible Spending), which I found out later that they do. I've also tried calling to pay with a debit card and no one ever answers the phone- EVER, and they never return calls after leaving messages. They make it really inconvenient for their patients to contact them. The frustration and lack of communication from this office is the reason I will not be returning.
Awesome atmosphere! Very relaxing. I do not like needles and Dr. Cao was so gentle. She also put lavender essential oil near to calm my nerves. After I had my work done I was then escorted to their spa area for a free 10 minute massage! Nothing like calming your nerves before or after a dental appointment. I highly recommend Serenity Dental Spa!!
