Too much noise with music playing 24 hours a day. No security driving around to check on the area to see who is being noisy during the day or check up on the people again to make sure their music is at a decent level. Not a place for peace and quiet. Knoebels is more family friendly and they keep the noise levels to a respectable level. This is not a good place for peace and quiet. If you like to blast music this is your place. Plus keep an eye on how much firewood they charge you. Tried to charge us more for wood than we ordered after I asked the lady said no we charged your for 2. I said are you sure she said YES. Found out she charged for 4. The staff and owners are friendly and polite except for 1 staff member. I will not come here again. Lucky we are leaving tomorrow.
My family and friends of ours made The Great Divide our home away from home this past weekend. I do not have enough good things to say about it! The activities were well planned and kept the kids very entertained. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! The bathrooms and shower stalls were exceptionally clean. We had a great time, the grounds were clean and well maintained. This was our first camping trip and we will definitely be back!
This place is AWESOME! I grew up in Sussex county & my wife grew up not far from this place and neither of us ever heard of it before. We had a family reunion there. It was a blast. There's so much to do here for all ages. If you're reading reviews to decide on going, STOP reading and GO.
My family and I stumbled across this hidden gem in North West Jersey. Great campground and courteous staff. Lisa and Kim are always going the extra mile to ensure the families that come here are having an enjoyable and rememorable visit. Great location, near several attractions
Just came back from The Great Divide Campground and all I can say is what a wonderful surprise. We wanted a weekend close to home. There was so many things to do we didn’t know where to start. The weekend went there was a company picnic on the grounds with live music all day – so much fun. Then the band and cool lighting in the barn Saturday night – bonus! Free use of the kayaks. My kids love the playground and heated (I think) pool. A nice feature is being able to charge to the site. I can send the kids to get ice cream and I didn’t need money. The grounds are very clean. I hate carrying around the kids sticky trash, there was a trash can in all the right spots. Staff is very friendly, approachable, and are always around to help. We did not rent a golf cart, because we wanted our kids (and adults) to walk, but the campground a few good hills to navigate. Our bath house (G section) was small but again VERY clean. I can also see this campground for camping with a group.
