Great shop, gave my son the best bike he rides it everyday with his friends ,all around the town trek is a great bike ans also pricey but definitely worth it. The staff was great they helped us find the right bike, and very experienced.
Maybe when the owner is there, their customer service is better. There was three, very attractive, young males working there. They are the stock tv definition of what the millenium generation is known for. Maybe they are good at fixing bikes, but customer service ... none. Hey, I'm standing right in front of you guys ... huh ?
Just bought my new Treck mountain bike and I love it! It feels so good to bike again. Such a great excercise. I had the best time with Garrett choosing my bike. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Jeff is a great businessman, very fair and knowledgeable. Had to go back today for an adjustment and I was in and out and on my way to bike 13 miles home! I highly recommend taking the time to visit and buy an amazingly great bike with a helpful staff.
Great shop. Anytime I go in there I am always welcomed with a big smile. It had been over a year since my last visit. When I walked in a few days ago, Pete remembered my name. Rarely anyone does that. I was having major issues on my trek and all was resolved easy peasy and now my bike is even lighter.
It was more like a visit to the set of the Walking Dead. My son brought in his bike for service. We had to prompt them to tell us when we picked it up what was done. Stone faces. We probably could have wheeled out all the bikes in the store to the car before they'd return back to consciousness .I knew I should have went to their other store in Sussex. Never again.
This is my new favorite not-so-local bike shop. I live in Bergen County and was in Sussex for the weekend and when I ran into a problem with my drive train, Pete, Garrett, and crew provided excellent service to get me rolling again. Highly recommended!
